Eligibility
- Individual: Age 6 and above.
- Family Group: Ages 6 and above, 3-4 members per team, completing the race together without relay or competition .
- Participants under 18 must submit a parental/guardian consent form.

Registration Fee
- Race Registration：100% of the registration fees will be donated to rural and disadvantaged communities for improving sports facilities or purchasing sports equipment.

Notes:
- Registration fees are entirely donated; only race essentials (swim cap, race kit) are provided.
- No chip deposit is required; chips must be returned after the race.
- As all registration fees are donated, no refunds are available. Race kits will be sent via cash-on-delivery for those unable to attend. Further details and event schedules are available on the official website.

- Optional finisher items will be distributed after the race to those who purchased them.
- Finisher shirts are custom-made based on the size selected during registration. Please refer to the size chart provided and select carefully. No changes can be made after registration.

Awards
- Finisher Award: A finisher medal will be awarded upon successful completion of the race.
- Award Distribution
  - Results may be adjusted due to timing issues or disputes. Final results are based on the latest announcements on the official website.
  - No paper certificates will be issued; electronic certificates will be available.

- Registration:Register exclusively via the "Challenge Asia Pacific" app
- Check-In
  - Online check-in is mandatory. Race kits must be collected in person at the venue.
  - Bring your registration number, app check-in page, and valid ID (passport or local ID).
  - Participants under 18 must submit signed parental/guardian consent forms.
  - Verify the accuracy of your race kit during check-in.
